Skaneateles Music Guild Presents Symphoria July 28
The Skaneateles Music Guild is hosting a free summer concert by Symphoria at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 28 in the Austin Park Pavilion on the corner of Jordan Road and East Austin Street.
Admission to the event is free for the community. Attendees are invited to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the concert, with limited chairs available for a $5 donation.
Conductor Travis Newton, the Director of Music and Arts Administration at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, will lead Symphoria in a concert that will feature Broadway hits, classical works, patriotic ballads and contemporary theme songs among others. Symphoria Season tickets and T-shirts will be available for sale during the concert.
This concert is made possible through the support of the Town of Skaneateles.
The Skaneateles Music Guild is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide music programs and opportunities for music education in the Skaneateles Central School District and to advance the community’s appreciation for music by providing performances, support, and education throughout the district and the community.
