DeWitt — At the DeWitt Community Library’s annual meeting on Feb. 25, the following new trustees were elected for a first three-year term: George Kallander, David Lankes, Barbara Macdonald, Robert Tartakoff and James Trevett. Trustees who were provisionally appointed in 2015 to fill vacant terms and were elected for a first three-year term are: Douglas Arena, Jill Enright and Shelly Field. Trustees elected for a second three-year term are: Carl Austin, Christene Gantos and Mary Keib Smith.
In the February Board Meeting, the DCL Board of Trustees elected their officers for the 2016 term: President – Mary Keib Smith; Co-Vice Presidents – Douglas Arena and Nina Brown; Treasurer – Carl Austin; and Secretary – Christene Gantos.
Steven Lux, former DCL board president, and Rosalie Young, former chair of the Board Facilities Committee, completed their second (and final) terms.
