Baldwinsville residents on May 1 approved a $1,548,000 tax levy for the Baldwinsville Public Library for the 2014-15 fiscal year. Out of 268 people, 249 voted yes and 25 no. For a Baldwinsville school district resident owning a home with a market value of $100,000, it is estimated that the total library tax bill will be $63.55 next year, an increase of 55 cents per year.
Voters also elected Linda Clarkson with 251 votes as the library’s new trustee.
