At their monthly meeting on Jan. 23, Liverpool trustees appointed two new directors to the Liverpool Housing Authority which oversees the House at 807.
The village board unanimously approved the appointments of Beverly and Douglas Wernet and Sandra Lovell, each to a term of five years.
The new appointees join the board after Tom Negus resigned following a decade of service, said board Chairman Jon Zappola.
For the past 18 years, the House at 807 has rented private apartments for eight seniors, while providing two meals a day and a live-in house manager; 457-1334.
The village board’s next meeting is scheduled at Village Hall, 310 Sycamore St., for 7 p.m. Feb. 19, when Deputy Mayor Nick Kochan will chair the meeting.
