Manlius Police have charged a Minoa man in connection to last week’s incident in Fayetteville.
Police say the woman was followed home from Wegmans and as she was taking items out of her trunk, a man tried to force her into her own trunk. She fought him off and he left.
Tuesday night, police charged Gregory Gottfried, 22, of Minoa with first-degree sexual abuse and forcible touching.
Gottfried was arraigned in town of Manlius court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $25,000 cash or $75,000 bond. He’s due back in court April 2.
