Three Fayetteville-Manlius students were approached by a suspicious man in a white van, today.
Manlius Police say the three students were walking in the Glen Eagle neighborhood when the van stopped near them, asking if they would like a ride. The students then went to a nearby house and called police.
The driver of the van is described as a thin, white male with gray or light-colored hair and glasses. The students say he was in his 50s, with a receding hair line and “bad teeth.” He was seen wearing a maroon shirt.
The van was a work-style van, without any windows and rust along the bottom and a possible ladder rack.
The students say he did not leave the van, but was laughing when he drove away.
Anyone with additional information is asked to call the Manlius Police at 682-2212.
