Michael Rulison, 65, of Avriel Drive, Fayetteville, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Nicholas Erard, 20, of Schepp Road, Kirkville, was charged with the growing of the plant known as cannabis by an unlicensed operation, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree conspiracy, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal trespass. He was remanded to the Justice Center in lieu of $10,000 cash or bond.
Jeffery Mancuso, 21, of Syracuse, was charged with fifth-degree conspiracy and criminal possession of stolen property.

Stephen Comrie, 20, of W. Pleasant Street, Manlius, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree conspiracy and third-degree criminal trespass.
