Still proving to be unstoppable, the Fayetteville-Manlius girls swim went to Nottingham High School last Wednesday night and, with a 97-81 decision over Baldwinsville, produced its 18th consecutive meet win.
It started with Delaney Pfohl, Hadley Cameron-Carter, Melissa James and Alex Murphy working together to take the 200 medley relay in a time of 1:58.33.
From there, Cameron-Carter went on to take two races on her own, swimming the 200 freestyle in 2:09.09 and needing 1:03.42 to prevail in the 100 backstroke.
Pfohl was victorious in the 200 individual medley (2:28.08) and was a close second (1:08.90) to teammate Sarah Wells (1:08.73) in the 100 butterfly. Murphy won the 100 freestyle in 59.85 seconds and James prevailed in the 100 breaststroke in 1:10.03.
Elsewhere, Kenzie Langhammerer earned 179.80 points in diving, and Julie Barger took the 500 freestyle (5:55.47). James, Wells, Cameron-Carter and Murphy worked together to post a time of 1:48.54 in the 200 freestyle relay.
