National Grid strongly supports actions to expand New York State’s energy efficiency efforts.
A suite of integrated electric and gas programs will be offered for residential, commercial and industrial customers complementing the work of state and local agencies, utilities and particularly, NYSERDA. OCIDA Green Building Tax Credits for Developers (Workshop 3.4)

The Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency created the Green Building Tax Credit to provide financial incentives for developers of newly constructed, LEED Certified buildings. The program is one of only several similar programs in the Country. The Agency will discuss the program details, qualifications and benefits.
