Amy Ralbovsky as Evita (above) in Tully High School’s entry for the Michael Harms Theater Festival, Sunday, March 15 at 1:45 p.m. at the Carrier Theater in the John H. Mulroy Civic Center. The festival’s Sunday session also includes two original one act plays by Sherburne-Earlville High School and Indian River Central School’s Women of Lockerbie. The Media Unit kicks off festival performances on Saturday, March 14 at 11:30 a.m. with Not Your Typical Case, followed by a TBA from West Genesee High School, excerpts from Jesus Christ Superstar by Nottingham High School and La Joven Guardia del Teatro Latino’s El Pequeno Principe. The performances are free and open to the public. More than $4,000 in scholarships will be awarded for outstanding performances and technical achievement.
