C&G Music announces plans for another singer/songwriter showdown.
The event, to be held Thursday March 26 at Mohegan Manor in Baldwinsville, will feature 12 finalists performing two original songs each for a panel of four judges as well as those in attendance. Judges at this year’s Showdown include Dave Fisina (assistant program director at TK99), Stacey Waterman (owner of DMR Booking), Adam Bingham (past SS Showdown Winner) and SAMMY Award winner Lisa Gentile.
“We’re excited about putting on another event of this nature,” said event organizer Garrett Knaub. “It really is meant to be an evening to spotlight some of the area’s finer talent, but the fact that C&G Music is giving a $1,000 guitar to the winner should guarantee some inspired performances.”
