Marilyn J. Narusky, 84, of Camillus, passed away Nov. 27, 2016, at Van Duyn after a long illness. She graduated from Camillus High School and retired in 1994 after 32 years as a cafeteria worker at the Stonehedge and Warners Elementary schools. Marilyn was a member of the Camillus Fire Department, Ladies Auxiliary, Camillus First United Methodist Church and a former Den Mother. She was an avid bowler, member of the WIBC she enjoyed her time with fellow bowlers. Marilyn enjoyed camping with family and friends in the Thousand Islands and spending summers on the river in Cape Vincent. She also enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Robert, her parents, Howard and Jessie Glor, and her brother, Robert Glor.
She is survived by two sons, Daniel A. of Lake Katrine, N.Y., and John R. (Sandra) of Schenectady; two grandchildren, Melissa and Matthew; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours and services were held at B.L. Bush & Sons Funeral Home, 10 Genesee (Main) St., Camillus, officiated by Rev. Marcia Wickert. Spring burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus.
