Jamesville — New York State Police in Oneida have announced the arrest of a Jamesville man for having sexual intercourse with a female under the age of 17 in the town of Manlius.
Officers reported on Feb. 3 the arrest of Andrew W. Green, 49, of Jamesville, who was charged with rape in the third degree, a class E felony.
Police say Green was charged with having sexual intercourse with a female under the age of 17 in the town of Manlius. He was arraigned in the Town of Salina Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $2,500 cash/$5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear back in Town of Manlius Court at 3 p.m. on Feb. 9.
