Arrests:

Tonya G Clark, 34, of Morrisville, was arrested Sept. 13 in Morrisville and charged with forgery in the second degree, and possessing a forged instrument in the second degree.

Lindy L Lagrange, 46, of Rome, was arrested Sept. 14 in Verona and charged with failing to appear in court and violating probation.

Gabrielle S Noble, 28, of Lenox, was arrested Sept. 14 in Lenox and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Phoenix W.Z. Frick, 19, of Manlius, was arrested Sept. 15 in Morrisville and charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

Cale D Ostrander, 32, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 15 in Canastota and charged with failing to appear in court.

Jacob J Wimmer, 28, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 16 in Chittenango and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Jonas F Parmeter, 31, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 16 in Canastota and charged with disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree.

Joshua B Sharon, 29, of Sylvan Beach, was arrested Sept. 17 in Wampsville and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent in the third degree.

Elizabeth A Bortle, 30, of Stockbridge, was arrested Sept. 17 in Stockbridge and charged with harassment in the second degree.

Tyler B Sasenbury, 35, of Sullivan, was arrested Sept. 17 in Sullivan and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent in the third degree, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Brittany N Doherty, 25, of Madison, was arrested Sept. 18 in Morrisville and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Victoria J Wallis, 33, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 19 in Canastota and charged with failure to obey child support order.

Nataly B Page, 21, of Sherburne, was arrested Sept. 19 in Sherburne and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree.

Robert S Hinckley, 28, of Durhamville, was arrested Sept. 22 in Oneida and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.

Casey L Grico, 48, of Stockbridge, was arrested Sept. 23 in Wampsville and charged with violating probation.

Harry M Cudak, 33, of Munnsville, was arrested Sept. 23 in Madison and charge with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, displaying forged certificate without inspection, an equipment violation, registration plate display violation, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, operating a motor vehicle with broken glass, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and circumventing an ignition interlock device.

Michael E Barriger, 48, of Madison, was arrested Sept. 27 in Madison and charged with harassment in the second degree.

Jeffrey A Smith, 34, of Morrisville, was arrested Sept. 28 in Morrisville and charged with stop/stand/park violation highway, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and impaired operation of a motor vehicle.

Ryan J Wimmer, 29, of Summerville, was arrested Sept. 28 in Syracuse and charged with failing to appear in court.

John G Arnold, 50, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 30 in Canastota and charged with disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree, and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.

Nicholas J Anagnos, 30, of Sullivan, was arrested Oct. 2 in Sullivan and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, two counts of illegal signaling, and a speed violation.

Sage I Eberly, 21, of Liverpool, was arrested Oct. 3 in Sullivan and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and a speeding violation.

Charles A Motley, 31, of Lenox, was arrested Oct. 3 in Lenox and charged with menacing in the third degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.

James A Green III, 34, of Chittenango, was arrested Oct. 4 in Chittenango and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, and failing to use designated lane.

Carleton E Haynes, 41, of Cazenovia, was arrested Oct. 7 in Cazenovia and charged with harassment in the second degree.

Robert C Allen, 22, of Chittenango, was arrested Oct. 8 in Chittenango and charged with failing to appear in court.

Brandon L Farber, 27, of Hubbardsville, was arrested Oct. 8 in Brookfield and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%.
