Arrests:

Jessica A Chapin, 33, of Georgetown, was arrested Jan. 25 in Lincoln and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, unlawful use of a vehicle without owner consent in the third degree, impaired operation of a motor vehicle, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Brandon P Walsh, 34, of Oneida, was arrested Jan. 26 in Verona and charged with moving from lane unsafely, unlawfully fleeing a police officer in the third degree, failing to stop at a stop sign, unsafely turning/failing to signal, an equipment violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, impaired operation of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, speeding, and failing to keep right in a two lane road.

Brett A Herrick, 37, of Morrisville, was arrested Jan. 26 in Lenox and charged with refusing to take a breath test, a traffic device violation, driving while intoxicated, and unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle.

Joshua L Joslyn, 35, of Oneida, was arrested Jan. 26 in Oneida and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.

Troy L Davenport, 47, of Brookfield, was arrested Jan. 27 in Sangerfield and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, criminal tampering in the first degree, and reckless endangerment of property.

Troy L Davenport, 47, of Brookfield, was arrested Jan. 27 in Wampsville and charged with two counts of criminal possession of an assault weapon in the third degree.

Raymon L Ferguson Jr, 34, of Canastota, was arrested Jan. 27 in Wampsville and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree.

Patience S Putnam, 24, of Sullivan, was arrested Jan. 31 in Sullivan and charged with violating environmental conservation laws.

Joseph R Schenkenberger, 22, of Kirkville, was arrested Jan. 31 in Kirkville and charged with violating navigation laws.

Bailey E.R Lashomb, 21, of Auburn, was arrested Feb. 1 in Syracuse and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent in the third degree.

Jonathan P Byrnes, 29, of Canastota, was arrested Feb. 2 in Oneida and was charged with possessing contraband while in prison in the second degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Joshua A Eberle, 20, of Oneida, was arrested Feb. 3 in Wampsville and charged with violating probation.

Terena Bender, 49, of Canastota, was arrested Feb. 4 in Lenox and charged with petit larceny, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Ashley M Logan, 34, of Oneida, was arrested Feb. 4 in Oneida and charged with violating probation.

Dennis J Grosfent, 38, of Madison, was arrested Feb. 7 in Madison and charged with harassment in the second degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.
