Penny Noll, former Executive Director of Cazenovia Children’s House, has been spreading cheer in her neighborhood while sheltering in place.
“She leaves encouraging messages with chalk drawings on her driveway, messages carved in snow, and these adorable lambs on her front lawn that are decorated with ribbons and helium balloons,” said Theresa Curley, Noll’s neighbor. “[The lambs are of course] 6 feet apart and wearing their face masks. People will stop their cars and take photos when they drive by.”
