An East Syracuse man has been charged with driving while intoxicated after a car crash in the town of Sullivan.
William Ryfun, 54, of Dausman Street, was charged Tuesday night with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of .08 percent or more, failure to yield the right of way and consumption of alcohol beverages.
Police say Ryfun failed to yield the right of way at the intersection of Bridgeport-Kirkville and Fyler Roads. He struck a car driven by Alicia Wolf, 26, of Chittenango. She was treated by EMTs from the Kirkville Fire EMS squad and taken to Crouse Hospital for hand pain.
Ryfun is expected in town of Sullivan court on Jan. 24.
