Beginning at 5:30 p.m. Thursday Feb. 3, the 40 Below “It’s All Here” committee will host a happy hour to benefit the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra at Al’s Wine and Whiskey Lounge, 321 S. Clinton St. in Armory Square. A portion of the bar will be donated to the SSO, whose fundraising hit high gear last month with the “Keep the Music Playing” campaign.
