The Clinton Square tree will make its way through the city today.
The tree is expected to arrive around 1 p.m., and will take an unusual course through the city to avoid construction on I-81.
The tree will travel up Adams Street to Almond Street, down Erie Boulevard to Oswego Boulevard, then take James Street to the corner of Salina Street.
The 2010 tree lighting ceremony will be held Nov. 26.
