Cassie M. Waltz, 27, no address listed, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with petit larceny.
Warrants:
Gillian Morgan, 26, of Morris, N.Y., had a bench warrant issued for her arrest for failure to appear in court. The original charges against her were for reckless driving, unsafe lane change, failure to keep right and driving in the center of the road.

Investigations:
Cazenovia police are investigating the discovery on Oct. 4 of two Caz Laker string backpacks on Hurd Street by St. James Church. The bags contained .25 ounces of marijuana, water pipes and other smoking paraphernalia, as well as clothing, deodorant and other personal items. Roger C. Carges, 22, of Cazenovia, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or great and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway.
