Research & Marketing Strategies (RMS) recently added Jennifer Rafferty to the staff as an administrative coordinator.

As the administrative coordinator, Rafferty is the face and voice of RMS, greeting guests who visit the office and directing customers who phone in. She takes customer service very seriously and derives satisfaction in knowing she is, in many cases, the first representative of RMS.

Rafferty assists each staff member with a variety of activities including project administration, client material documentation and data entry. She manages the company equipment and supplies, coordinates bulk mailings and keeps the office operations running smoothly. Rafferty also assists the business development team.

Rafferty joined RMS this past summer. Graduating from SUNY Oswego, she has a background in administration and marketing, as well as 15 years experience in customer service. Prior to joining RMS, she worked as a licensed real estate salesperson.

Rafferty resides in Cicero with her two children.
