The Fayetteville Farmers Market CNY is the happening place offering the best local grown foods in the area, and starting Thursday, May 18, vendors will be on hand from noon to 6 p.m. in the Fayetteville Towne Center parking lot.
The market has expanded to include more than 30 local farmers and producers each week who can offer some of the best locally grown foods. Some of the unique items include artisan goat or cow cheese, yogurt, locally made vanilla extract or African style peanut brittle.
The Fayetteville Farmers Market CNY offers everything from fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, baked goods, jams, honey, maple syrup, coffee, tea and dairy products and more, and all are grown or produced right here in the community.
“The market also gives you a chance to meet your local farmers and experience the freshest best tasting products. Get to know your farmers and who grows your food. Everything they sell they produce, so you know it’s the best. So come out and support the local economy and give your taste buds a treat,” said market manager Lacey Cashman.
Some of the he Fayetteville Farmers Market CNY vendors this season will include Hearstone Bakery at Alambria Springs Farm, Better Brittle, Sweet Indulgence Bakery, 7 Trees Dairy Goats, FoJo Beans Coffee, Old Home Distillers, Gluten Free Epiphany, Thousand Islands Winery, Lakeland Winery, Mountain Grown Farm, Mosher Farm, Ma & Pa’s Kettle Corn, Bliss Bakehouse, Navarino Orchard, Jake’s Gouda, Via Napoli Pizza, Rainforest Spice Co., Recess Coffee, Stone Brothers Farm, Stoltzfus Family Dairy, WW Longhorn Ranch and Waterman’s Nursery, among many others.
The market is held at the same location every Thursday, and will run through October 16.
