The first “Move It Monday” free fitness class will be held from 1 to 1:50 p.m. Monday Sept. 27 at the Flanagan Dance Studio in Archbold Gymnasium at SU.
Move It Monday’s first class will be yoga, a well-known method of stress relief and exercise. Yoga can also improve physical strength, balance, flexibility and muscle tone.
All Move It Monday classes are led by fitness instructors from Recreation Services. Upcoming classes include zumba on Oct. 6, Core n’ More on Oct. 11 and tai chi on Oct 18.
