To the editor:
Special thanks to the Cazenovia Middle School students for a successful, and very helpful, book drive collecting books for the “Little Free Libraries” in town.
Have you noticed the “Little Free Libraries” about town? They can be found outside Kinney Drugs, Genesee Cleaners and Caz Laundry and, during the summer, at Lakeland and Lakeside Parks and the skating rink. They house free “take one/leave one” books for adults, youth and children.
Our selection for children’s books increased this holiday season because of this book collection project by Cazenovia Middle schoolers. Coordinated by fifth grader Vivianne Ketcham and Deb McHugh, middle school librarian, the students’ books will be used to stock the Little Free Libraries, giving us all a broader, richer selection.
Thank you Vivianne, and Deb, and all who donated books.
