Christian Brothers Academy in DeWitt recently welcomed five new teachers and two new faculty members for the 2018-19 school year.
The new teachers include geometry teacher Connor Carroll, English teacher Stephanie Kenific, English/writing teacher Emily Paccia, junior high language teacher Stephen Strough and Director of Orchestra Jessica Tumajyan.
In addition, Sarah Moran has been hired as a junior high guidance counselor and Ellen Kotzin will join the CBA community as the director of the fall drama and spring musical.
Bonnie Williams, who has taught math at CBA for the past three years, will now be coordinating the testing center and will be a math interventionalist.
The new faculty members and Moran took part in a three-day orientation from Aug. 21 to 23.
Students return to school on Thursday, Sept. 6 and Friday, Sept. 7 for two half day sessions ending at noon. The first full day of school is Sept. 10.
