It is with great sadness, fondness and respect that we announce the death of our mother Diana Brownlie, who died peacefully and surrounded by love in the early morning of April 1, 2023.
She is survived by her three daughters and two granddaughters.
Her humor, open heart, generosity, green thumb and reverent irreverence will be keenly missed by her family and dear friends, but she will live on in our love for frog ponds, lush gardens, Mozart, books, fresh pesto, killer chocolate cake and excellent words like “insouciant” and “caryatid.”
Please “tip us a wink” from the other side, Di – we’ll be on the lookout for those feathers!”
