On Sept. 8, The Town of Manlius Police Department was once again accredited by the New York State Law Enforcement Accreditation Council for demonstrating a high level of excellence and professionalism in the field of law enforcement.
The police department first received accreditation in 1996 and has remained accredited ever since. “The Town of Manlius Police Department always strives to provide the utmost in service to the members of the community and is honored to receive this distinction,” department officials said in a released statement.
