Shawn G Dieni, 23, of Oneida, was arrested April 6 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Brandy M Howlett, 35, of Oneida, was arrested April 6 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and illegal signal from parked position.
Michael P Lowell, 29, of Morrisville, was arrested April 6 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
