A suspicious death reported at 407 N. Midler Ave. last week has been ruled a homicide by DeWitt Police.
The victim has been identified as 54-year old Lyle A. Lyons. Acting Chief of Police John Anton reported that DeWitt Police responded to the location in Midler Meadows Trailer Park in the Town of DeWitt at 5:47 p.m. on Dec. 15. The victim was found at his residence deceased.
