Arrests:

Khyla A. Miles, 19, of Syracuse, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Michael J. Sandford, 22, of Oneida, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with failure to appear in court. The original charges against him were petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

Brandon M. Quilty, 24, of Cazenovia, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Thomas J. Eberl, 23, of Cazenovia, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
