Arrests:
Isaac Fontanez, 27, of Boston, Mass., was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with sexual abuse in the first degree (victim under 13 years of age) and forcible touching.
Shawn P. Nevins, 19, of Cazenovia College, was arrested Aug. 22 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Jason A. Leventhal, 32, of Fayetteville, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired and no/inadequate stop lamp.
