Yoga for Preschoolers with BeLive Yoga | Wednesdays, May 5th & 26th at 10:30 AM
In this class, preschoolers will be introduced to yoga and mindfulness in fun and engaging ways. Through songs, storytelling and imagination we will explore the ways our body can move, how our breath can help us to regulate our emotions, and how to relax our bodies and minds. Show & Tell for Preschoolers | Thursdays, May 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th at 10:30 AM: Join us on Zoom for an interactive show-and-tell experience for kids and their caregivers.
