Alicia L. Lohr, 22, of Rocky Road in Oneida, was arrested by state police Dec. 3 for robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree after an investigation into the bank robbery at the Oneida Savings Bank branch in Chittenango.
The robbery was reported to have occurred at around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Oneida Savings Bank located at 519 West Genesee St. in the village of Chittenango. According to police, the female robber entered the bank, handed the teller a note, threatened the use of a gun and left on foot headed south on West Genesee Street.
