A Sullivan man has been charged with driving while intoxicated after an accident in DeWitt.
Police say James Ramacus, 44, of Moore Road, was traveling on Route 298 when his pickup truck left the road and struck a telephone pole.
He was not injured. He was charged with driving while intoxicated. Police say his blood alcohol content was .17 percent.
