Mike Ogden, Community Memorial Hospital’s vice president for Administrative Services, has been named President and CEO of Little Falls Hospital. He will assume his new duties June 15.
Ogden, who spent 13 years at Community Memorial, oversaw the development and growth of the hospital’s Family Health Centers, the Hamilton Heart Center and the implementation and expansion of the strong grant programs. He was responsible for the awarding of several major grants. Ogden serves as president of the Southern Madison County Volunteer Ambulance Corps Board of Directors and the Central New York Area Health Education Cooperative Board. He is the immediate past president of the Hamilton Partnership for Community Development Board.
“Mike is a skilled administrator with wide experience and major successes in his portfolio,” said David W. Felton, Community Memorial President and CEO. I’m confident he will do an outstanding job in Little Falls.”
Felton also announced several changes in administrative duties at Community Memorial. Dr. Bob Delorme is assuming responsibility for Community Memorial’s five Family Health Centers and has been named Vice President for Primary Care Services. He will continue his duties as hospitalist while additionally overseeing the Hamilton Heart Center and the Hospitalist Program.
Denise Hummer will be Vice President for Nursing and Professional Services and takes over oversight of the hospital’s Skilled Nursing Facility, cardiopulmonary and respiratory therapy and the hospital’s cardiac diagnostic services.
Executive Vice President Dick Kirby will assume the additional responsibility for all building services.
John Hubbard has been named Vice President for Community Services with added responsibility for the rural health network, all grant programs, corporate compliance and special administrative projects.
Felton will oversee Nutritional Services and work closely with Dr. Delorme and Michele Bourdeau, Supervisor of the billing office and clerical personnel, in support of the Family Health Centers.
