Ryan Zarbatany has joined Summit Church as the new worship leader.
Zarbatany comes from Northside Baptist Church and his background includes training at Elim Bible College and Berklee College of Music. He has served as worship leader in Bethlehem, Pa., and in the Rochester, N.Y., areas. Zarbatany also is a trained chef, having been educated at Johnson & Wales University.
Zarbatany joins the church along with his wife Laurie Ann, and children Lillian (15), Joseph (13) and Nico (10).
Summit Church meets at 11:15 a.m. Sundays at 21 Lincklaen St. in Cazenovia.
