On Feb. 2, John J. Georgianna, 39, of 82 Oswego St. Apt. 1, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony, first degree criminal contempt after an investigation into a verbal, domestic incident on Oswego Street where an order of protection was violated. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Feb. 5.
On Feb. 4, Mark A. Stachurski, 62, of 672 Idlewood Blvd., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and driving to left of pavement markings (double yellow) after a traffic stop on East Genesee Street for passing in a no-passing-zone. Computer checks revealed his driver’s license was revoked. His vehicle was towed. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court on April 21.
On Feb. 17, Griffin C. Macdonald, 43, of 238 Webster Ave., Syracuse, was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child regarding two arrest warrants issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Jan. 26. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Feb. 26.
On Feb. 17, Amber L. Wilson, 37, of 56 Davis St., Apt. 2, Phoenix, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after an investigation into stolen merchandise from Kinney Drugs at 21 E. Genesee St. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on March 24.
On Feb. 23, Elizabeth K. Williams, 50, of 144 Fairway Circle, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, no insurance, and inadequate lights after a traffic stop on East Genesee Street for operating a motor vehicle with no tail lights. Computer checks revealed her driver’s license was revoked. Her vehicle was towed. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on March 24.
On Feb. 26, Thomas A. Manitta, 54, of 59 Downer St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree criminal contempt regarding an arrest warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Dec. 9. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on March 10.
On March 6, Richard D. Carter, 28, of 218 Peakwood Lane, Apt. 6, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony, second degree strangulation and second degree harassment after an investigation into a physical, domestic incident on Peakwood Lane where the victim lost consciousness after being strangled. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and is scheduled to reappear in front of the Grand Jury at a later date.
On March 8, Laqwointaye J. Ross, 27, of 808 Landrush Way, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, second degree menacing, and fourth degree criminal mischief. The arrest resulted after an investigation into a physical, domestic incident with a weapon, on Landrush Way where the victim’s life was threatened and property was damaged. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court at a later date.
