Arrests:
Steven D Thurston, 19, of Oneida, was arrested June 29 in Oneida and charged with unlawful fleeing of a police officer in the third degree, reckless driving, failure to obey a police officer, unlawful operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, and a traffic device violation.
Jeremy David Bargabos, 40, of Chittenango, was arrested June 30 in Chittenango and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation.
Austin Caporin, 18, of Syracuse, was arrested June 30 in Wampsville and charged with rape in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and forcible touching.
Patrick J Cooney, 30, of Cazenovia, was arrested July 1 in Wampsville and charged with violating probation.
Marc L Yablonski, 44, of Bridgeport, was arrested July 1 in Wampsville and charged with assault in the second degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Mathew J Fratello, 35, of Oneida, was arrested July 6 in Wampsville and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, two separate counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Drew J Chaltain, 28, of Sullivan, was arrested July 7 in Sullivan and charged with violating probation.
William P Rojas, 37, of Syracuse, was arrested July 10 in Sullivan and charged with refusing to take a breath test, an equipment violation, driving while intoxicated, no/inadequate directional signals, and operating a trailer without a registered plate.
Kyle D Roberts, 21, of Canastota, was arrested July 11 in Lenox and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree, failure to display ATV registration, two separate ATV violations, failure to stop, an ATV insurance violation, an ATV equipment violation, circumventing an ignition interlock device, failure to keep right in a two lane road, and making an unsafe turn.
Edwin J Northup, 23, of Canastota, was arrested July 11 in Lenox and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree, failure to display ATV registration, two separate ATV violations, failure to stop, an ATV insurance violation, failure to keep right in a two lane road, and making an unsafe turn.
Stephanie C Cooper, 29, of Oneida, was arrested July 11 in Wampsville and charged with driving while intoxicated, two counts of aggravated DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right in a two lane road, moving from lane unsafely, changing lanes when hazardous, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%.
Samantha M Valentin, 6/30/97, of Syracuse, was charged July 12 in Cazenovia with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Amanda M Lacell, 35, of Oneida, was arrested July 12 in Sullivan and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and operating a motor vehicle without inspection.
Anthony M Rizzo, 30, of East Syracuse, was arrested July 12 in Sullivan and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and operating a motor vehicle without inspection.
Andrew G Osher, 25, of North Syracuse, was arrested July 13 in Sullivan and charged with speeding, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
