Reminder:
The Cazenovia Police Department would like to remind residents and snowplow drivers that it is illegal under NYS VTL 1219 to plow, shovel or snow blow into the roadway.
The fine for a first offense is a maximum of $150 with a $93 surcharge.

Arrests:
Carol Nutter, 58, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 19 in Cazenovia and charged with failing to appear in court.
Tony M Lynch, 62, of Altmar, was arrested Feb. 19 in Cazenovia and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation.
James E Allen Jr, 47, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 19 in Cazenovia and charged with harassment in the second degree.

Arrests:
Carey A Hewitt, 31, of Oneida, was arrested Feb. 19 in Wampsville, and charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, failing to keep right in a two lane road, and leaving the scene of property damage.
Clarence W Allen Jr, 52, of Canastota, was arrested Feb. 22 in Canastota and charged with harassment in the second degree, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and menacing in the second degree.
Darryl T Stevens, 37, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 23 in Cazenovia and charged with aggravated DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, and speeding.
