On Dec. 17, 2019, Angela M. Kowalski, 27, of 1040 Lamson Road, Phoenix, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation after an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on East Genesee Street. Computer checks revealed her driver’s license was suspended. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Jan. 8.
On Dec. 17, 2019, Kurt A. Atkinson, 18, transient, was arrested and charged with two counts of petit larceny after an investigation into two separate incidents that day regarding stolen merchandise from Kinney Drugs at 21 E. Genesee St. He was released on appearance tickets to appear in court on Jan. 15.
On Jan. 6, 2020, Lydia L. Haenichen, 33, of 25 Salina St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony, third degree criminal mischief after an investigation into a physical, domestic incident on Salina Street where multiple items, belonging to the victim, were damaged. She was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Jan. 15.
On Jan. 7, 2020, Elijah M. Saucier, 23, of 853 N. Salina St., Syracuse, was arrested and charged with second degree criminal contempt after an investigation into a house broken into on Seneca Street where an order of protection was violated. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Jan. 15.
On Jan. 9, 2020, Angela M. Kowalski, 27, of 1040 Lamson Road, Phoenix, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device after an investigation into a traffic stop, on Brooks Place, for talking on her cell phone while driving. Computer checks revealed her driver’s license was suspended. Her vehicle was towed. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Jan. 22.
On Jan. 10, 2020, Michael P. Ogorman, 26, of 2788 Belgium Road, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and uninspected motor vehicle after a traffic stop, on Syracuse Street, for driving with an expired inspection sticker. Computer checks revealed his driver’s license was suspended. His vehicle was towed. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court on Jan. 22.
On Jan. 10, 2020, Krista M. Billings, 36, of 15 Naylor Circle, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony, aggravated driving while intoxicated/child in vehicle, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, and inadequate lights after an investigation into a traffic stop, on East Genesee Street, for driving with inadequate headlights with a child under the age of 15 years old in the vehicle. Alcohol involvement was detected. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Jan. 22.
