Q: What problem does your business solve?

A: “How do I accentuate the beauty of my home through the use of window treatments while making sure I am getting privacy, insulation, and/or light control where needed?”

Q: Why does your product or service stand out?

A: We offer only the highest quality custom window treatments at a discounted price and believe in a superior “relational customer service” where you have one designer with you from start to finish.  Our customers’ satisfaction is the top priority!

Q: Why did you choose to locate your business in B’ville?

A: Baldwinsville is our family’s home and we believe in shopping local and supporting our community.

Q: What is your favorite part about the B’ville community?

A: Baldwinsville neighbors, whether residential or commercial, are always ready to reach out and help each other. They definitely believe “we are stronger together!”

Bee Local is a monthly feature highlighting local businesses, all of which are members of the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce. Subjects are chosen and interviewed by the chamber.

Q: What is the most recent thing you learned about business, B’ville or something else?

A: The best advertisement is a satisfied B’ville client!

Q: What do you see for your business in the next five years?

A: Securing our spot as the “Best Value for Custom Window Treatments in New York.”

Q: What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

A: It was truly an honor to work with Ed Riley and his team on the historic Hotel Syracuse restoration. Being able to select, design, fabricate and install the window treatments for the lobby, Persian Terrace, Grande and Junior Ballrooms, and various other hotel areas was not only exciting but a wonderful way to support the Syracuse area.

Q: If you were to tell one person “thank you” for helping you become the person you are today or your business become what it is today, who would it be and what did they do?

A: All the credit for everything I am and have must be given to God. I was blessed with a creative talent and business mind making a superior combination in this industry.
