Tyler C. Underriner, of Cazenovia, graduated from Upstate Medical University with a medical doctorate on May 21. He is a 2009 graduate of Cazenovia High School and a 2013 graduate of Cornell University. He is currently in his medical residency in anesthesiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital, an affiliate of The Yale School of Medicine, in New Haven, Conn.
