Camillus chamber of commerce to host scavenger hunt
The Greater Camillus Chamber of Commerce will sponsor Small Business Week “Scavenger Hunt” beginning on Nov. 18. Twenty eight participating member businesses have a question that needs to be answered by visiting their location, or if the business has no storefront, by calling them.
The public is invited to take the list from the Nov. 15 issue of the Eagle Observer, with the questions printed for each business, or print out the list from the GCCC website, Camillus chamber.com. Fill out as many answers as you can and submit the form to any participating business or drop them off at Maxwell Library before Nov 28. The entries with the most questions answered correctly will be eligible to win a GCCC gift certificate for $100, $50 or $25. In addition, the participating businesses will offer a special deal good for Small Business Saturday, Nov. 25. This is the first time the GCCC has sponsored a Small Business event and we hope for a big turnout.
