Christine Nagy, 36, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Matthew Eischen, of West Yates Street, East Syracuse, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police also charged Eric Eischen, 31, of the same address, with criminal obstruction of breathing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Michael Eischen, 48, of the same address, was also charged with obstruction of governmental administration.
