James E Wilkinson, 44, of Cazenovia, was arrested March 22 in Cazenovia and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Jessica A Chapin, 33, of Georgetown, was arrested March 23 in Georgetown and charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, resisting arrest, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent in the third degree.
Brittany Horton, 30, of Munnsville, was arrested March 24 in Canastota and charged with violating probation.
Latashia A Jackson, 32, of Canastota, was arrested March 25 in Canastota and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, plate display violation, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and operating a motor vehicle with improper plates.
