Anytime Fitness, the 24-hour co-ed fitness club, is organizing a unique food drive that includes the efforts of seven businesses in Manlius, Fayetteville, Cazenovia and Dewitt over a period of 24 days. The arrangement of the food drive is a twist on the 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week time that the Anytime Fitness club is open for business.
“The goal of this event is to compound the amount of food collected during the drive,” said Jennifer Sweet, manager of the Anytime Fitness and organizer of the event. “By involving the seven businesses, we show our united concern for the community that supports us. The importance of giving back is vital, and it is rewarding to make a difference for those faced with difficult times.”
To participate in the food drive, people can visit any of the drop-off sites listed below. As an added incentive, each merchant will give a free Anytime Fitness seven-day pass to each person who drops off food. The food drive will run from April 7 through April 30.
