On Saturday, June 1, villagers strolled through the sunshine to enjoy the Baldwinsville Center for the Arts’ 3rd Annual Arts Festival, which took place in the Oswego Street neighborhood, and the annual Peony Fest, held at the Shacksboro Museum on Canton Street.
