Operation Northern Comfort is pleased to present the 2021 Crawfish & Food Truck Rodeo on Saturday, May 1st at its new location in the Syracuse Inner Harbor from noon until 6pm.  Food orders will be grab and go.  Proceeds benefit Operation Northern Comfort, supporting the community and helping those in need.  Our current Desks4Kids project has provided over 1,000 free desks to kids in need.  Enjoy Crawfish and shrimp directly from the Gulf Coast, along with Syracuse favorites of clams and salt potatoes!  Food for all with 7 of Central New York’s favorite food trucks including Glazed & Confused Donuts, Toss & Fire, Skinny’s Blooming Onions, Ma & Pa Kettle Corn, Limp Lizard BBQ, Bold Coast Lobster, and Cue Dogs!
