With the snow out of the way, each of the Liverpool track and field teams set out on their ambitious 2019 campaigns with an impressive effort in last Wednesday’s season opener at Jamesville-DeWitt.
The girls Warriors roared past the Red Rams 100-31, which included Jenna Schulz running 1,500 meters in four minutes, 58.3 seconds and then prevailing in the 800-meter run in 2:26.9 over Windsor Ardner’s 2:30.4.
