LIVERPOOL — Fall may be in the air the night of Wednesday, Sept. 15, at the Liverpool Public Library.
For sure, no matter how the temperature and other weather factors land at the intersection between the two seasons, community members who take to the corner of Tulip and Second streets between 6 and 8 p.m. will discover the feel of Liverpool making good.
The LPL Open Air Market will feature local craftspeople and food vendors. If the weather cooperates, the event will take place on the Dinosaur Garden lawn. If things turn wet or blustery, they’ll set up in the library’s underground garage.
Here are the local folks who tell us they’ll be at the LPL to show off their products: Sugar Blossom Cake Shop with bakery confections; Bean Cuisine with soup and rice mixes; Golden Bee Bookstore with books; Kathy’s Alterations with quilted gifts; The Master’s Craftsman with honey and pottery; The Color Wench with tie-dyed gifts; Upcycling4ACause with gifts created from recycled bicycle parts; Ann’s Sunny Day with pressed flower artwork and gifts; Jewelry by Finch and Fern; Barb’s Whimsical Art with cards and paintings; Keep Calm and Craft On! with knits, jewelry and more.
Updates on the vendor list can be found on the event listing on the library website calendar page at lpl.org/events/programs-and-events/events-calendar/.
The diversity of sellers brings another season to mind: winter holiday gift buying time, anybody?
